I’ve known Bob for many years, and met his friend Robert Ferguson, his mentor, in San Jose many years ago before his passing. I know of Bob Ingold’s hard work and how he’s advanced himself spiritually on his own unique path. His unique life story is true to the way he speaks and thinks, and it displays his true character and humor. It’s well worth reading, if only to learn that we’re each on our own spiritual path – that is unique to us. As he says on p. 47, “Spirituality is a truth of self. It is becoming harmonious with yourself, others, nature and God.” What we are learning in life is to be true to ourselves, and to “look within ourselves for the secret of truth.” (p. 52.)
